Overview
Epic Labs launches a 3-month Product Acceleration Program for early stage and growth startups.
Business and technical founders, while hosted at Epic Labs, will be challenged, stressed and mentored to make sure they make the right decisions on the definition of product strategy, business and product roadmap, technical architecture, technical team and, finally, product development.
Technology Accelerator for Startups
Most current startups are based on digital products and rely on technology to help them interact with users/customers, collect massive amounts of data, manage transactions, etc. Many talented founders with great ideas and a certain level of validation are looking to improve their operations and take their startup to the next level.
Great ideas need to be supported by well-designed and well-implemented products and services, very often on the digital space.
Epic Labs launches a 3-month Product Acceleration Program by which founders, with business and technical profiles, will be immersed into Epic Labs and work hand-in-hand with Epic Labs mentors and engineers.The program has a Build, Operate & Transfer approach; this is, the goal is to teach founders how to fish not just handing in the fish.
Build
Epic Labs will assess the current maturity state of the startup, from a business and technology perspective. We work with the Founder team and mentor them into how to improve the business strategy, define goals and create an action plan for the 3-month program, as well as review the business plan for the next months of operation
Operate
During the 3 months of the program the Founder team will be challenged to work hard into achieving the defined goals. Will be monitored and mentored on a weekly basis to keep track of the progress, realign goals and tackle challenges.Founder will run the business and operations. Epic Labs will mentor.
Transfer
It is the goal of Epic Labs to enable the Founder team to be autonomous and have a clear roadmap ahead of them from a business and technology perspective.
The program has a focus on 3 aspects: Product Design, Technology & Revenue Models. The 3 of these are tightly integrated and need to be approached on a holistic way.
Product Design
What purpose those the business server, what challenge is it to solve. We will work with the Founder team to conduct the appropriate market and user research to make sure we position and design the product appropriately.
Technology
We will work with the Founders team to make the right technical choices from an architecture perspective, product development tools and techniques and from a resource and team skillset standpoint.
This will help us have a clear roadmap on how to execute and how to do it effectively.
Revenue Models
At Epic Labs we believe in sustainable business supported by sound revenue models.
This is part of the process and needs to be tightly integrated with the product design and technology.
